How do I contact you?

Please email me at or send me a message on the "contact" section in the menu bar. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to respond.

How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping is about $3.84. Due to pricing increases with USPS and changes they have made to priority pricing I will be added a few shipping options. Free shipping for orders that are $50 or more

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally. 

Wrong shipping address. Can this be fixed?

Yes! Please email me immediately after placing your order by replying to your order confirmation or by emailing me at (with URGENT in the subject line) located in the contact link in the menu bar. If The Clay Junkie is not notified of a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for it not be delivered to you. A refund will not be issued. 

How long before items ship?

- Please allow 5-7 business days to process and package order. - Please note this does NOT include shipping time.

- Please understand that shipping delays may occur after your order is sent out. This is out of the seller's control. If any problems occur, please contact USPS directly. 

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the label is created for all items that are being shipped.

What if tracking shows my package as delivered but I did not receive it?

- Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and  you would need to contact your local USPS for more information. Usually it was delivered to a neighbor or marked delivered too early and will be delivered in a few days. 

What if my package is lost?

- We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out to your local post office to file a lost package claim. Please note - shipping fees are not refundable

 I am local and would like to pick up, is that an option?

- Yes! There is a local pickup option during check out. Once your order is ready you will receive an email letting you know that it is ready for pickup. My pickup hours are from 10am-7pm Mon-Fri. You can pick up from the pink basket that is by my door. Please only pickup the package with your name on it. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety concerns. All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged (from transit) or earrings are defective, please contact me at or send me a message in the "Contact" section located in the menu bar immediately (within 24 hours) after receiving your package.



Do you do custom earrings?

Yes! I do custom orders. If you follow me on Facebook, I have a "custom order form" that is pinned to my page. That will need to be filled out with your request. If you do not use social media please go to the "Contact" tab on the menu bar and send me a request for the form. I will respond with the link to fill it out. 

- An invoice will be sent to you prior to your order being started. Payment is required upon receipt of invoice. Please note that your order will not go into the queue if payment is not made. 

- There is a custom order fee of $5 or MORE added to ALL custom request that will be added to your invoice. It all depends on the type of request, quantity, style, design, etc.. 

- Custom orders take a MINIMUM of 2 weeks to complete before they will be shipped out or ready for pickup. It all depends on how many orders are in the queue. I create my orders in the order I receive them. 

- If you need your custom order rushed please note there is a $20 rush charge added to your invoice. 

- All custom orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

What if there is an earring I like, but I do not like the post on it? Can it be switched out?

- Please send me a message in the "contact" section of the menu bar. Depending on the post you want it changed to there may be an additional cost. Or it may not be able to be switched out. 

What if my earring breaks? Can it be replaced?

- Please keep in mind that all of my items are handmade. I do my best to ensure the quality of the hardware I use and the quality of the items. But also please understand that sometimes ear post may be defective and were not noticed at the time of assembly. If there is an issue with your item within the first 14 days please notify me immediately and I will do what I can to fix it at no cost. Any time after the 14 days or over time with regular wear and tear there may be a small replacement fee if it is in regards to the hardware/ear posts. 

- If it is in regards to the earring itself please note that not all pieces can be remade or replaced. Majority of my designs and styles are very unique and one of a kind. You may not ever see it again or I may not be able to recreate it exactly. I can do a replacement for you at equal or lesser value if the earring itself breaks within the first 14 days at no charge. Anytime after 14 days you will be responsible for replacement.  

Do I have to order on the website?

- unless you are shopping with me in person or through the LIVE Sales on Facebook all purchases must be made through the website. 

I am getting this as a gift, can you include a note/message?

Yes! Please send me a message in the "contact" section in the menu bar within 24 hours with the message/note you would like included. 

Do you do vendor shows?

Yes! If you would like to have me as a vendor please email me with details/forms at and I will get back with you. 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Please send me an email to theclayjunkie21@gmail with your contact information and I will get in touch with you to discuss details. 

Can you hold my order until a later day and I can pay then?

- I do not hold items or set them aside. Payment is required at the time of order whether on the website, FB Live sales, or in person.

I shopped the FB Live sale how do I pay for my order?

- Anytime I do a FB live sale I will send an invoice to your email and payment is required within 24 hours. If payment is NOT received your order will be cancelled and items will go to the next person who wanted them or back in available inventory. 

How often do you release new styles?

- I try to release something new every 1-2 weeks. All new launches will be done on FB Live and any remaining items will be uploaded the next day to the website.
